Job summary

International Paper in Carrollton/Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Customer Account Coordinator to support Sales, Manufacturing and Shipping by communicating with customers, entering orders, and maintaining key account data.

You will manage orders for small to medium customers with high complexity, coordinate materials, and work with production staff to ensure on-time deliveries while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Preferred data-entry experience.
• Experience in the corrugated box industry preferred.
• Five years of customer relations experience; 1+ years industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, estimate and enter orders, and support Sales, Manufacturing and shipping to build strong relationships.
• Take customer orders directly from customers or account managers.
• Place orders for materials and supplies to be used in production.
• Communicate issues such as order status, quotations, changes and confirmations, and handle complaints.
• Process purchase orders, coordinate account credits, and maintain customer data.
• Work with production staff and use KIWI system to achieve on-time deliveries.
