Georgia-Pacific in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a Manufacturing Account Coordinator to be the main contact between customers, internal teams, and the sales organization, owning the order process from start to finish with precision and urgency.

This fully onsite role involves order entry, item setup, light accounting, and constant cross-functional communication with sales, scheduling, shipping, design, and production to meet customer needs.

Competenze

• 2+ years in customer service or operations in a fast-paced environment such as manufacturing, logistics, or distribution.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities with calm under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build cross-functional relationships across departments.
• Highly organized with keen attention to data accuracy.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary liaison for assigned customer accounts with timely and accurate order entry, item setup, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate daily with sales, scheduling, shipping, design, and production teams to manage customer needs from start to finish.
• Own New Item Requests, data entry, and updates with high accuracy and speed.
• Track and reconcile order-related information, supporting light billing and payment tracking functions.
• Monitor customer inventory levels and shipment status using Excel or internal tools.
• Proactively communicate with internal stakeholders and customers to provide timely updates and address concerns.
• Prioritize and balance multiple urgent tasks, shifting gears quickly as business needs evolve.
• Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Teams, Word) daily to manage information and workflows.
