Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred manufacturing environment experience.
• Experience in data-entry is preferred.
• Experience in the corrugate box industry preferred.
• Five years of customer relations experience; preferably 1+ years industry-specific.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with customers, estimate and enter orders, and support Sales, Manufacturing and Shipping teams.
• Take customer orders directly from customers or account managers.
• Place orders on a timely basis for materials and supplies used in production.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, quotations, changes and confirmations, and address complaints or questions.
• Process purchase orders, coordinate account credits, and maintain customer data.
