Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills are required.
• Previous custom framing experience is preferred.
• Retail management and sales team leadership experience are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers to build customer relationships and drive framing sales.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and company programs, and uphold policies and standards.
• Plan workload with the Store Manager to deliver high‑quality framing solutions on time.
• Manage inventory, shrink and safety programs, and store KPI performance.
• Serve as Manager on Duty and participate in interviewing, onboarding, and training.
