Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. in Warrington, PA is seeking a Store Framing Lead to supervise a team of framers and deliver high‑quality custom framing solutions. You will coach, schedule, and develop staff while driving in-store framing sales and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include leading operations with the Store Manager, managing inventory and safety programs, and acting as Manager on Duty to ensure store performance and brand standards. Some evening and weekend shifts apply.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Experience leading a sales/framers team.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers to build customer relationships and framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating framing solutions.
• Develop and coach team selling behaviors.
• Plan workloads with Store Manager to deliver framing solutions on time.
• Manage inventory and shrink control programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty and support talent development.
• Participate in truck unloading and stocking; ensure SOPs and safety.
