Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking a store leadership role in Sterling, CO to guide a frame shop team and drive customer-focused framing solutions. You will coach selling behaviors, ensure SOP compliance, and manage inventory and safety programs while maintaining a positive store environment.

You will oversee daily operations, support recruitment and onboarding, and serve as a role model for staff in a dynamic retail setting that values teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum Type of experience required includes basic computer skills.
• Preferred Type of experience includes retail management and leading a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time.
• Achieve KPIs and manage the framing team to achieve their KPI targets.
• Review sales and production workload and build plans for the floor and networking.
