Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Aurora, CO seeks a Framing Sales Manager to lead and coach a team focused on building customer relationships while delivering custom framing solutions. You will plan workloads, oversee sales, and ensure on‑time delivery of framing projects in a busy frame shop.

You will manage inventory, safety, and shrink programs; serve as Manager on Duty; participate in interviewing, onboarding, and training; and collaborate with store leadership to hit KPI targets while complying

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead and coach the framing team to adhere to SOPs and company policies.
Develop and coach selling behaviors to boost frame sales.
Plan workloads and deliver high‑quality framing solutions on time.
Achieve KPIs and manage the team to meet role KPIs.
Review workload, plan sales floor time, and coordinate with management.
Oversee inventory, shrink and safety programs.
Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
Recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members; support performance management.
Partner with MODs on framing expectations and performance.
Assist customers by locating products and delivering solutions.
