Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management and sales-team leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers to build customer relationships and framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating framing solutions.
• Plan workload with the Store Manager to deliver high-quality framing on time.
• Oversee inventory, SOP compliance, and safety programs.
• Serve as MOD and participate in interviewing and onboarding.
