Job summary

Michaels in Saint Cloud, MN is seeking a Lead Framer to guide a team of framers, build strong customer relationships, and deliver high-quality custom framing solutions on time. You will coach selling behaviors, plan workloads with the Store Manager, meet KPI targets, and uphold SOPs while ensuring a welcoming in-store experience for every customer.

This role includes supervising day-to-day operations, leading and coaching the framing team, and partnering with MODs.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management and sales team leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the framing team to deliver custom framing solutions.
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching and training of team members.
• Plan workload with Store Manager to ensure on-time delivery and KPI achievement.
• Uphold SOPs, safety programs and inventory/shrink controls.
• Support omni-channel processes and provide exceptional customer service.
