Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience.
• Experience leading a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers to build customer relationships while driving custom framing sales.
• Assist Store Manager in SOP compliance and company programs; ensure policies and standards are followed.
• Plan workload with the Store Manager to deliver framing solutions on time.
• Achieve KPIs and manage the framing team’s KPI performance.
• Oversee inventory management, shrink and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and participate in hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Support omni-channel processes and collaborate with MODs on framing expectations.
