Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. in Branson, MO is seeking a Store Lead Framer to coach a team of framers and drive custom framing sales. You will partner with the Store Manager to ensure SOP compliance, operational excellence, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include coaching selling behaviors, achieving KPI targets, managing inventory, and acting as Manager on Duty while supporting hiring, onboarding, and training of teammates.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team preferred.
