Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. in Saint Cloud, MN is hiring a Store Lead to coach a team of framers and build strong customer relationships by delivering custom framing solutions.

You will manage day-to-day store operations, drive sales, supervise onboarding and training, ensure safety and SOP compliance, and partner with the Store Manager to meet KPI targets while offering excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Experience in custom framing is required or preferred.
• Retail management experience.
• Experience leading a sales team.
• Strong customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions on time by planning workload with the Store Manager.
• Achieve KPIs and manage the framing team to meet targets.
• Review sales and production workload and plan floor time for networking.
