Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs; ensure compliance with laws and requirements and execute store policies.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time by planning workload with the Store Manager.
• Achieve KPIs and manage the framing team to meet their targets.
• Participate in interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and training of new team members.
