The Michaels Companies in Topeka, KS is seeking a Retail-Framing Manager to lead a team of framing professionals and drive custom framing sales. You will coach and develop staff, ensure timely framing solutions, and maintain store standards in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities include workforce planning, KPI achievement, inventory control, safety adherence, and being the Store Manager on Duty as needed. Evening/weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience required.
• Experience leading a sales team preferred.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers to build customer relationships and create framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and consult customers on framing options.
• Manage inventory, safety programs and store operations in partnership with Store Manager.
