Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Retail management experience.
• Experience leading a sales team.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers and drive custom framing sales.
• Assist customers in creating framing solutions for their art and enhance customer relationships.
• Ensure SOP compliance and store policies are followed and targets are met.
• Plan workload with the Store Manager and manage framing production and inventory.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and support talent development and performance management.
