Michaels Milwaukee is seeking a Store Lead to coach a team of framers, focus on building customer relationships, and drive custom framing sales. You will assist customers in creating framing solutions for their art while coordinating with the Store Manager to meet KPIs and ensure high-quality results.

Responsibilities include leading daily operations, inventory and safety programs, interviewing and training new team members, and acting as MOD.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred
• Experience leading a sales team
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities
