Job summary

Pritchard Industries is seeking a Custodian to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our facilities. You will perform cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, trash removal, and restroom/break room cleaning to keep the environment sanitary.

Responsibilities include using an auto scrubber, setting up for events, and following supervisor directions. Spanish language ability is a plus, and reliable transportation is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Be able to use the auto scrubber machine.
• Be able set up for events.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

We are seeking to hire a Custodian . You will be responsible for performing building maintenance tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning restrooms and break rooms, and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that the building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner.

Job Requirements

• - Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• - Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• - Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• - Janitor experience is a plus but will train
• - Reliable Transportation
• - Be able to use the auto scrubber machine

• - Hours: 40 hrs/week, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm or 3:30 pm - 11:00 pm, Monday - Friday
