Pritchard Industries LLC is hiring a custodian to perform building cleaning and maintenance duties, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, trash removal, and restroom and break room cleaning.
The full-time position offers 40 hours weekly with two shifts (7:00 am–3:30 pm or 3:30 pm–11:00 pm) and a pay rate of $20 per hour, plus health benefits and a 401(k).
Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred; applicants must be reliable and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and operating an auto scrubber.

We are seeking to hire aCustodian. You will be responsible for performing building maintenance tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning restrooms and break rooms, and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that the building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. The ideal candidate will have a professional attitude & appearance and be self-motivated, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.
Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
Janitor experience is a plus but will train

Pay Rate: $20/hr
