Job summary

Pritchard Industries is a dynamic provider of facility services seeking a part-time Custodian in Englewood, Colorado. You will vacuum, mop, sweep floors, empty trash, and clean restrooms and break rooms to keep our facilities healthy, safe, and sanitary.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and professional, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate an auto scrubber, and set up for events.

Qualifications

• Must follow supervisor instructions and complete tasks.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must lift at least 50 pounds.
• Janitor experience is a plus but training will be provided.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Able to operate an auto scrubber.
• Able to set up for events.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

We are seeking to hire aCustodian. You will be responsible for performing building maintenance tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning restrooms and break rooms, and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that the building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. The ideal candidate would have a professional attitude & appearance and be self-motivated, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
