Job summary

Pritchard Industries, Inc. is hiring a Custodian to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks for our facilities. The role requires operating cleaning equipment, lifting up to 50 pounds, and ensuring a sanitary environment.

Shift is 3:00 pm–11:30 pm, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week. Full-time temporary position with health benefits and growth opportunities. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred and reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete tasks.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Be able to use the auto scrubber machine.
• Be able to set up for events.
• Reliable transportation.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform building maintenance tasks: vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal, cleaning restrooms and break rooms.
• Ensure facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner.

We are seeking to hire aCustodian. You will be responsible for performing building maintenance tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning restrooms and break rooms, and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that the building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. The ideal candidate will have a professional attitude & appearance and be self-motivated, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.

Job Requirements

Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.

Prior cleaning experience is a plus.

Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Janitor experience is a plus but will train

Reliable Transportation

Be able to use the auto scrubber machine

Be able set up for events

Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred

Salary: $20.40 per hour

Full-time-Temp

Shift: 40 hrs/week, 3:00 pm-11:30 pm, Monday - Friday
