Job summary

Pritchard Industries LLC is hiring a Custodian responsible for cleaning and basic building maintenance to keep facilities healthy and safe. You will vacuum, mop, sweep floors, remove trash, and sanitize restrooms and break rooms.

The ideal candidate has a professional attitude, is self-motivated and dependable, and can lift up to 50 pounds. Prior cleaning experience is a plus; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Reliable transportation and readiness to assist with event setup are valued.

We are seeking to hire a Custodian. You will be responsible for performing building maintenance tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning restrooms and break rooms, and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that the building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. The ideal candidate will have a professional attitude & appearance and be self-motivated, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.

Job Requirements

Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.

Prior cleaning experience is a plus.

Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Janitor experience is a plus but will train
