Job summary

Pritchard Industries LLC is hiring a custodian to perform building cleaning and maintenance duties, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, trash removal, and restroom and break room cleaning.

The full-time position offers 40 hours weekly with two shifts (7:00 am–3:30 pm or 3:30 pm–11:00 pm) and a pay rate of $20 per hour, plus health benefits and a 401(k).

Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred; applicants must be reliable and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and operating an auto scrubber.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Janitor experience is a plus but will train
• Be able to use the auto scrubber machine
• Be able set up for events
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks: vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal, restrooms and break rooms.
• Ensure building facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner.
• Set up for events and operate janitorial equipment as needed, including auto scrubber.
