Cust Eng III/Field Service Technician- Diagnostic Imaging

This is a remote, field-based position in Jacksonville, FL. The actual level of the position will depend on the candidate's qualifications, with the possibility of a lower level offer if criteria are less than posted. Candidates must reside near Jacksonville, FL.

Responsibilities

1. Install and maintain medical imaging equipment efficiently.
2. Perform preventive maintenance inspections according to specifications.
3. Manage administrative tasks such as work orders, parts orders, mileage logs, and expense forms.
4. Maintain assets according to company policies and procedures.
5. Enhance product knowledge through training to improve productivity.
6. Service and perform maintenance on diagnostic imaging equipment across multiple products and modalities.
7. Provide technical and application support to customers.
8. Install multiple products within a single modality and develop troubleshooting skills.
9. Maintain excellent customer relations and accurate documentation.
10. Perform FDA and SPD testing on assigned products and stay current with technical developments.
11. Support field operations with technical expertise across product lines.
12. Develop expertise in multiple products within a modality.
13. Handle non-routine requests with tact and judgment, plan workload independently, and work with some supervision.
14. Engage in remote troubleshooting and support, collaborating with the Clinical Support Team.
15. Escalate technical issues as needed and contribute to knowledge articles.

Minimum Requirements

• Active driver's license from the state of residence.
• Associate's Degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of advanced electronics experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of field service experience.
