Position Overview

This is a remote, field-based position covering territory in San Jose/East Bay, Oakland, and Sacramento. The candidate should reside within 1 hour of these areas. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing medical imaging equipment, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

1. Install and perform preventive maintenance on medical imaging equipment.
2. Manage administrative tasks such as work orders, parts orders, and documentation.
3. Maintain assets according to company policies.
4. Enhance product knowledge through training.
5. Provide technical support and troubleshoot equipment issues.
6. Develop expertise in multiple product lines and modalities.
7. Support field operations with technical knowledge.
8. Collaborate with the Clinical Support Team to resolve customer issues remotely.
9. Escalate complex technical problems as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of advanced electronics experience.
• Minimum 3 years of field service experience.
• Valid driver's license from the resident state.
• Ability to install and service multiple product lines and modalities.

Additional Information

• Position level may be adjusted based on candidate qualifications.
• Salary range: $72,100 - $116,100 annually, DOE.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
