Cust Eng III/Field Service Technician- Diagnostic Imaging (Cleveland, OH)

This is a remote, field-based position requiring the selected candidate to live in or near Cleveland, OH.

Responsibilities
  1. Install and maintain medical imaging equipment effectively and efficiently.
  2. Perform preventive maintenance inspections per equipment specifications and standards.
  3. Manage administrative tasks including work orders, parts orders, mileage logs, expense forms, and timesheets.
  4. Maintain all assigned assets according to company policies and procedures.
  5. Enhance personal productivity through ongoing product knowledge training.
  6. Service and perform periodic maintenance on diagnostic imaging equipment across multiple products in one modality.
  7. Respond to technical and application inquiries.
  8. Install multiple products within a single modality.
  9. Maintain excellent customer relations and accurate documentation.
  10. Perform FDA and SPD testing on assigned products and keep current with technical developments.
  11. Support field operations with technical expertise across multiple product lines.
  12. Develop troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve issues efficiently.
  13. Engage in remote troubleshooting and support, collaborating with the Clinical Support Team to resolve customer issues.
  14. Escalate technical issues as needed and contribute to knowledge base articles.
Qualifications
  • Active motor vehicle/driver’s license from the state of residence.
  • 2-year associate's degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2 years of advanced electronics experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of field service experience.
