Curriculum Manager
Mission:
The mission of the Middle School Career and Technical Education (CTE) Curriculum Manager is to manage and support the successful implementation of the CTE curriculum at IDEA Public Schools. The Curriculum Manager will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive, research-based, standards-aligned, and user-friendly curriculum. The role involves executing a curriculum support system to enhance teacher effectiveness and student success through site visits, feedback, professional development, and monitoring student progress.

Location:
This is a full-time position based in Texas, with preferences for candidates residing in Austin, El Paso, Houston, Permian Basin (Midland/Odessa), Rio Grande Valley, San Antonio, and Tarrant County (Fort Worth), or those willing to relocate.
Travel Expectations:
While primarily remote, this role requires in-person meetings, campus visits, and travel up to 30% during peak periods.
What You’ll Do – Accountabilities:
Essential Duties include curriculum development, aligning instructional materials to standards, creating assessments, analyzing student achievement data, supporting professional development, and conducting classroom observations. The role also involves supporting Course Leaders, leading training sessions, and collaborating with team members.
