Job summary

Datadog is seeking an Enablement Curriculum professional to design and deliver world-class learning experiences for Global Commercial Customer Success. You will own the learning journey from onboarding to ongoing development, ensuring content aligns with performance standards and business goals.

You will collaborate with program management, strategy, and subject matter experts to craft impactful training, assessments, and reinforcement paths.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Enablement, Learning & Development or related fields.
• Proven track record designing and building enablement content with measurable learner impact.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and ADDIE or similar methodology.
• Ability to design across modalities: ILT, eLearning, simulations and job aids.
• Experience with multi-week content projects and timelines.
• Familiarity with GTM organizations and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Build curriculum for Global Commercial Customer Success with high-quality enablement content.
• Create learner journeys including onboarding, everboarding, and on-demand components.
• Translate performance expectations into observable behaviors and proficiency standards.
• Design learning to address business problems in collaboration with PM and Strategy & Operations.
• Own learning objectives and design assessments to measure them.
• Develop content with build partners and manage schedules to meet quality and timelines.
• Partner with facilitators and operations for successful rollouts and updates.
• Maintain accuracy and currency of programs post-launch.
• Leverage AI for scripting, storyboards, assessment drafting, and learner feedback analysis.
