SP+ Airport Services is hiring a Curbside Concierge - Airline Check-in Agent at Oakland Airport. This role involves outside work, check-in duties, luggage handling, and customer service responsibilities with weekend/holiday availability.

You will assist guests, issue boarding passes, weigh and tag luggage, and ensure a smooth curbside experience while adhering to airline and TSA standards.

Qualifikationen

• 6 months experience in a face-to-face guest service position preferred.
• Data Entry and/or computer experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests warmly as they approach the desk.
• Assist guests with check-in of luggage and verify flight itinerary and bag count.
• Input guest information for those not previously enrolled in the process.
• Process check-in of bags, including credit card charges per airline requirements.
• Weigh bags to ensure correct weight and charge for overweight bags.
• Tag luggage with destination tags and issue boarding passes and receipts.
• Secure luggage after processing and maintain desk organization.
• Answer telephones and guest questions, manage simple add-ons as needed.
