Job summary

SP+ in San Francisco is seeking a Curbside Concierge - Airline Check-in Agent to assist passengers at the airport curb, handle luggage, and issue boarding passes with TSA-compliant procedures.

You will provide flight information, maintain high service levels, and greet guests warmly while managing luggage and payments as needed. The role requires early shifts, outdoor work, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Early morning rotation availability.
• At least 6 months experience in a face-to-face guest service position.
• Data entry and/or computer experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients.
• Ability to work in outside weather conditions.
• Knowledge of the airline or travel industry preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must successfully pass the pre-employment criminal background screening.
• Must pass pre-employment Drug Testing process.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly at the curb and assist with luggage check-in.
• Process check-in, issue boarding passes, and tag bags.
• Input guest information and collect payments for bags as required.
• Weigh bags and charge for overweight luggage.
• Provide directions and flight information and maintain high service levels.
