Job summary

SP+ is seeking a Curbside Concierge - Airline Check-in Agent to assist guests at a busy airport curbside location. The role involves checking and securing luggage, issuing boarding passes, and providing information to passengers with a focus on high customer service standards.

Training on TSA procedures and safety is provided. The position requires early morning shifts, outdoor work, and the ability to lift heavy luggage; weekend and holiday availability is often required.

Qualifications

• Early morning availability for shifts.
• 6 months experience in a face-to-face guest service position preferred.
• Data entry and/or computer experience preferred.
• Clear communication with guests and clients.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of airline or travel industry preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment background screening and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly at the desk as they approach.
• Assist guests with check-in of luggage and verify flight itineraries.
• Input guest information for new enrollees and process luggage check-in payments.
• Weigh and tag luggage, charge for overweight bags, and issue boarding passes.
• Maintain luggage security and provide information on destinations and flight details.
• Follow safety, security, and HazMat procedures through training.
