Job summary

SP+ is seeking a Curbside Concierge - Airline Check-in Agent to work outdoors at a busy airport curbside. You will check in passengers, secure luggage, issue boarding passes, and provide high-level customer service while handling payments.

The role requires weekend and holiday availability and the ability to pass TSA-related training and background checks. This position involves standing for long periods, lifting luggage, and working in various weather conditions, with strict appearance and

Qualifications

Early morning shift availability.
6+ months of face-to-face guest service experience preferred.
Data entry and/or computer experience preferred.
Able to communicate clearly with guests and clients.
Able to work in outside weather conditions.
Knowledge of airline or travel industry preferred.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Must pass pre-employment background screening and drug testing.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly at the curbside desk.
Assist guests with luggage check-in for appropriate airlines.
Verify flight itinerary and number of bags.
Input guest information for new enrollments.
Process check-in and bag charges as per airline requirements.
Weigh bags and charge for overweight bags.
Tag luggage with destination tags and provide boarding passes.
Secure luggage after processing and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Answer phones and guest questions; manage simple payments and receipts.
Organize and stock the concierge desk; uphold client service guidelines.
