Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical upkeep of a community, maintain grounds and amenities, and support the service team in daily tasks. The role offers hands-on duties focused on cleanliness, turnover, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include inspecting common areas, performing make-ready tasks, handling lock changes, and communicating hazards. A flexible schedule, valid driver’s license for golf cart use, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Must be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects; able to push/pull/lift up to 25 lbs alone and 50 lbs with assistance.
• Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to keep common areas and amenities neat and free of litter.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and prepares units for turnover.
• Completes routine service requests and assists the make-ready process.
• Changes all locks and ensures pool area gates operate safely and according to codes.
• Distributes notices to residents and informs supervisors of hazards or safety concerns.
• Provides courteous customer service to residents and responds to complaints about maintenance services.
• Adheres to safety policies and participates in required safety trainings and meetings.
