Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to uphold grounds and amenity quality across the community while supporting the service team.

The role emphasizes routine inspections, make-ready tasks, lock changes, safety compliance, and responsive resident service. Must hold a valid driver’s license for golf-cart operation and may participate in bonus programs depending on performance and site guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings and keeps common areas neat and free of litter.
• Removes trash and items from vacant apartments before make-ready; cleans and maintains storage areas.
• Completes assigned minor and routine service requests and assists the make-ready specialist in the turn process.
• Changes locks per policy and ensures pool area gates meet codes and safety standards.
• Distributes notices and communications to residents as necessary.
• Informs supervisors of hazards or dangerous situations for residents and staff.
• Provides customer service by answering resident questions and addressing complaints about maintenance services.
• Follows safety policies, attends safety meetings, and completes required training on OSHA and related laws.
