Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance teammate to keep the community grounds and amenities in excellent condition. You will support the service team, complete routine tasks, and assist in the make-ready process for vacants. The role requires strong customer service, safety awareness, and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities include trash removal, lock changes, pool area safety, and timely communication of hazards. A valid driver's license for golf-cart operation is required.

Qualifications

• Must maintain customer service standards with residents and team members.
• Demonstrate safety awareness and follow risk-management policies.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and assist with make-ready efforts.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily and keep common areas clean and neat.
• Handle make-ready tasks, remove trash and prepare vacant apartments.
• Complete routine service requests as directed by supervisors.
• Change locks and ensure pool gates operate safely and per codes.
• Communicate hazards to supervisors and respond to resident questions respectfully.
• Attend safety meetings and comply with OSHA and related requirements.
