Greystar is hiring a Maintenance Technician to keep our community’s grounds and amenities in top shape. You will support the service team, inspect common areas, and assist with make-ready and turnover processes. A focus on safety and resident satisfaction is essential.

This role requires outdoor work in all weather, a valid driver’s license for golf carts, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and to bend or lift as needed.
• Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily and maintain neat, litter-free common areas.
• Handle make-ready tasks and assist the turnover process.
• Perform minor and routine service requests as directed by supervision.
• Ensure safety practices and report hazards promptly.
• Provide courteous resident service and respond to inquiries.
