Job summary

CM2 Supply is seeking a Culture & Recruiting Specialist to support the employee lifecycle across all CM2 Supply locations. You will manage full cycle recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, HR compliance, workforce analytics and employee relations support.

You will partner with the HR Manager and leadership to promote a positive workplace culture, coordinate onboarding, and drive engagement initiatives. The role requires collaboration across branches and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of HR, recruiting or employee administration experience preferred.
• Experience with HRIS systems; Paylocity experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle of recruitment for CM2 Supply locations.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding in compliance with regulations.
• Support HR compliance, analytics, and employee relations initiatives.
• Promote employee engagement and maintain the CM2 Supply culture.
