Job summary

CM2 Supply, Inc. is seeking a Culture & Recruiting Specialist to partner with the HR team in supporting the employee life cycle across locations.

You will own full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, HR compliance, and engagement initiatives while contributing to workforce analytics and employee relations. You will promote a positive workplace culture, collaborate on safety, recognition programs and quarterly Values Award processes, and help maintain the CM2 Supply newsletter and events

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in human resources, recruiting or employee administration preferred.
• Experience with HRIS systems; Paylocity experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle of recruitment and onboarding across CM2 Supply locations.
• Ensure DOT pre-employment requirements are completed and compliant with regulations.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and introductory meetings with CM2 Supply leadership.
• Maintain onboarding documentation and improve employee experience processes.
• Collaborate on recruitment metrics, time-to-fill, and KPI achievement.
• Analyze monthly people analytics and workforce trends for senior leadership.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and compliance initiatives.
