Job summary

StyleCraft Homes in Richmond, VA is seeking a Talent Resource Manager to champion our culture and lead the full team member experience from hiring through departure.

You’ll own hiring, onboarding, retention, recognition, employee relations, and corrective action, partnering with Finance on payroll, compensation, and benefits. The role emphasizes culture, engagement, and data-driven decisions to strengthen our Brand Promises and Values.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR, talent acquisition, or employee relations
• Proven full-cycle recruiting for office, sales, and field roles
• Experience with employee relations, investigations
• Knowledge of US federal and Virginia employment law
• Strong relationship-builder with discretion
• SHRM certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Own hiring, onboarding, retention, and employee relations
• Lead Culture Plan and engagement surveys
• Support onboarding through 90 days and retention interviews
• Partner with leadership and Finance on payroll, compensation, and benefits
• Maintain compliant policies and guide corrective actions
