Job summary

Omnicom Media is seeking a People and Culture Business Partner and Generalist to manage employee relations, performance cycles, relocations, and end-to-end recruitment. You will collaborate with leadership to support strategy and ensure compliance.

The role requires correlation across HR areas, including onboarding, policy interpretation, and training support. Expect office-based collaboration with strong stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced media environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR or related field.
• 5-8 years in Human Resources with HR administration, recruitment and employee relations.
• Industry backgrounds in advertising, digital media, or entertainment are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day employee relations issues with policy knowledge and judgment.
• Roll out performance management including goal setting, development planning and appraisals.
• Implement mobility initiatives (relocation, rotation, transfers and promotions).
• Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and manage the hiring process.
• Onboard and integrate new hires into the organization.
