Grant Thornton is seeking a Director for Leadership, Culture & Change to drive people-focused integration initiatives. The role ensures leadership alignment, culture integration, and effective change management across acquisitions and transformations.

You will partner with exec sponsors, HR, Communications, and business leaders to enable readiness and sustainable adoption. As the change management expert, you will lead workshops, develop adoption plans, monitor outcomes, and report to senior

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Extensive experience in organizational change management and leadership development.
Proven ability to influence executives and diverse stakeholder groups.
Strong facilitation and executive communication skills.
Experience shaping change strategies and communications.

Responsibilities

Lead leadership alignment and executive workshops across integration programs.
Develop and drive change management and culture strategies for acquisitions and transformations.
Partner with Communications to create leader toolkits, talking points, and messaging.
Oversee stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, and adoption tracking.
Design initiatives to support colleague experience and workforce readiness.
Participate in integration governance and report on adoption progress.
