Job summary

Grant Thornton seeks a Director, Leadership, Culture & Change within the Global Integration Management Office to drive successful organizational adoption of acquisitions, integrations, and transformation initiatives. You will lead the people side of integration—align leadership, manage culture integration, and shape change management, communications, and colleague experience across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in organizational change management, leadership development, culture transformation, HR consulting, communications, integration management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.
• Demonstrated success influencing executive leaders and complex stakeholder groups.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience developing change management and communication strategies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives and integration sponsors to align leadership around integration objectives.
• Develop and implement change management strategies for acquisitions and transformation initiatives.
• Assess cultural differences and develop culture integration strategies.
• Collaborate with Communications to develop comprehensive communication strategies throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Design initiatives to improve colleague experience and engagement during change.
• Maintain reporting related to change adoption, culture integration, and engagement for executive leadership.
