Job summary

Grant Thornton seeks a Director, Leadership, Culture & Change to lead the people side of global integrations within the Global Integration Management Office, shaping leadership alignment, culture integration, and change management across acquisitions and transformations.

You will partner with executive sponsors, HR and communications to drive readiness, engagement, and sustainable adoption, ensuring business objectives are achieved while maintaining employee experience throughout the integration

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
10+ years of experience in organizational change management, leadership development, culture transformation, HR consulting, communications, integration management, or related disciplines.
Experience leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.
Demonstrated success influencing executive leaders and complex stakeholder groups.
Strong facilitation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
Experience developing change management and communication strategies.

Responsibilities

Partner with executives and integration sponsors to align leadership around integration objectives.
Develop and implement change management strategies for acquisitions and transformation initiatives.
Assess cultural differences and develop culture integration strategies.
Collaborate with Communications to develop comprehensive communication strategies.
Design initiatives to support employees through integration and transformation.
Serve as change management lead for major integration programs.
