Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Director, Leadership, Culture & Change to drive organizational adoption of acquisitions, integrations, and transformation initiatives within the Global IMO.

The role leads the people side of integration by shaping leadership alignment, culture integration, change management, communications, and colleague experience, partnering with HR, Communications, and business leaders to ensure readiness and sustainable adoption throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in organizational change management, leadership development, culture transformation, HR consulting, communications, integration management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.
• Demonstrated success influencing executive leaders and complex stakeholder groups.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience developing change management and communication strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead leadership alignment by partnering with executives and sponsors to align objectives.
• Develop and implement change management strategies for acquisitions and transformations.
• Assess and integrate cultural differences to support strategic objectives.
• Coordinate with Communications to craft comprehensive communication plans during transactions.
• Design initiatives to improve colleague experience and engagement during change.
• Maintain governance, reporting, and updates on change adoption and culture integration.
