Grant Thornton is seeking a Director, Leadership, Culture & Change within the Global Integration Management Office to drive people-side adoption of acquisitions and transformations across client and internal programs. You will lead leadership alignment, culture integration, organizational change management, communications, and colleague experience to enable sustainable outcomes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in organizational change management, leadership development, culture transformation, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.
• Strong influencing and executive leadership engagement skills.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with executives and diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsabilidades

• Lead leadership alignment across integration objectives and sponsors.
• Develop and implement change management strategies for acquisitions and transformations.
• Assess culture differences and design culture integration approaches.
• Coordinate communications and employee engagement during integration lifecycles.
• Ensure organizational readiness and sustainable adoption throughout the integration lifecycle.
• Provide regular status updates to executive leadership.
