Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Director, Leadership, Culture & Change to lead the Global Integration Management Office's people-side strategy for acquisitions, integrations, and transformations. You will drive leadership alignment, culture integration, change management, and communications, partnering with executives and HR to ensure readiness and sustainable adoption across the integration lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 10+ years of experience in organizational change management, leadership development, culture transformation, HR consulting, communications, integration management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.
• Demonstrated success influencing executive leaders and complex stakeholder groups.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience developing change management and communication strategies.

Responsibilities

• Align leadership teams around integration objectives with executives.
• Facilitate leadership workshops and strategy sessions.
• Identify leadership gaps that may create integration risk.
• Support executive teams in communicating vision, priorities, and progress.
• Develop and implement change management plans for acquisitions and transformation initiatives.
• Monitor adoption effectiveness and adjust change strategies as needed.
• Assess cultural differences and identify integration opportunities and risks.
• Develop culture integration strategies aligned with firm values and business objectives.
• Facilitate culture workshops, listening sessions, and engagement activities.
• Coordinate comprehensive communication strategies across the transaction lifecycle.
• Support employee engagement during organizational change.
• Lead major integration programs and governance reporting.
• Provide regular status updates and recommendations to executive leadership.
