Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Director of Leadership, Culture & Change to drive successful organizational adoption of acquisitions and transformations within the Global Integration Management Office. You will lead the people side of integration, aligning leadership, culture, communications, and stakeholder engagement across the integration lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
10+ years in organizational change management, leadership development, culture transformation, or related fields.
Experience leading large-scale change initiatives with executive stakeholders.
Strong facilitation and executive presentation skills.
Experience developing change management and communication strategies.

Responsibilities
