Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Director, Leadership, Culture & Change to join the Global Integration Management Office. This role leads the people side of integration, focusing on leadership alignment, culture integration, organizational change management, communications, stakeholder engagement, and colleague experience throughout the integration lifecycle.

The Director collaborates with executive sponsors, HR leadership, Communications, and business stakeholders to ensure readiness and sustainable

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
10+ years of experience in organizational change management, leadership development, culture transformation, HR consulting, communications, integration management, or related disciplines.
Experience leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.
Demonstrated success influencing executive leaders and complex stakeholder groups.
Strong facilitation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
Experience developing change management and communication strategies.

Responsibilities

Partner with executives and integration sponsors to align leadership around integration objectives.
Develop and implement change management strategies for acquisitions and transformation initiatives.
Assess cultural differences and develop culture integration strategies.
Collaborate with Communications to craft comprehensive transaction communications and employee messaging.
Design initiatives to support employees through integration and transformation.
Serve as the change management lead for major integration programs and report progress to executive leadership.
