Grant Thornton is seeking a Director, Leadership, Culture & Change to join the Global Integration Management Office. This role drives organizational adoption of acquisitions, integrations, and transformation initiatives with a focus on leadership alignment, culture integration, and change management.

The position collaborates with executives, HR, Communications, and business stakeholders to ensure organizational readiness and sustainable adoption throughout the integration lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of organizational change management, leadership development, culture transformation, HR consulting, communications, integration management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.
• Demonstrated success influencing executive leaders and complex stakeholder groups.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience developing change management and communication strategies.

Aufgaben

• Partner with executives and integration sponsors to align leadership around integration objectives.
• Develop and implement change management strategies for acquisitions and transformation initiatives.
• Assess cultural differences and identify integration opportunities and risks.
• Partner with Communications to develop comprehensive communication strategies throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Design initiatives that support employees through integration and transformation activities.
• Maintain reporting related to change adoption, culture integration, communication effectiveness, and colleague engagement.
