Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in organizational change management, leadership development, culture transformation, HR consulting, communications, integration management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.
• Demonstrated success influencing executive leaders and complex stakeholder groups.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience developing change management and communication strategies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives and sponsors to align leadership around integration objectives.
• Develop and implement change management strategies for acquisitions and transformations.
• Assess cultural differences and develop culture integration strategies.
• Collaborate with Communications to craft transaction lifecycle messaging.
• Design initiatives to support employees through integration and transformation.
• Lead change management for major integration programs and report progress to leadership.
