Job summary

Opaa! Food Management is seeking a flexible kitchen team member to assist with meal preparation, line setup, and serving duties across multiple menus.

You will help maintain quality by following recipes, temperature controls, and sanitation standards throughout service. The role covers production, serving, and occasional catering, with emphasis on teamwork, accuracy, and hospitality to students and staff served by Opaa!.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or up to one month of related experience.
• Ability to read menus and follow recipes.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up serving lines and maintain proper food temperatures.
• Prepare baked goods as required and present attractively.
• Operate kitchen equipment with required certification.
• Maintain FIFO inventory and clean work areas.
• Assist with catering functions as needed.
